Introduction and Agreement
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Jodia Energies & Logistics Ltd website, and all associated services, including the supply of petroleum products, logistics, engineering, and maintenance services ("Services"). Service Engagement and Obligations.
All contracts for the provision of Services (including diesel supply, haulage, maintenance, and engineering projects) shall be subject to a separate, formal written agreement. The general obligations related to Service engagement include:
- **Accuracy of Information:** Clients must provide accurate and complete information necessary for the execution of Services (e.g., delivery location, specifications, tank capacity).
- **Payment Terms:** All services rendered are subject to the payment terms stipulated in the formal service contract or invoice, which must be adhered to strictly.
- **Access and Safety:** Clients shall ensure safe access to sites and facilities where Jodia Energies personnel are performing work (e.g., maintenance, calibration, installation).
Breach of the formal service agreement or failure to comply with these general obligations may result in the temporary suspension or termination of Services by Jodia Energies & Logistics Ltd.
Limitation of Liability and Governing Law.
Jodia Energies & Logistics Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our Services or products. Our total liability, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, shall be limited to the amount paid by you, the client, for the specific services in question.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of **The Federal Republic of Nigeria**. Any disputes relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria.
